It is that time of year when Board Member positions become available; email Brad Sheridan at president@eloracurling.com or talk to any current board member about the position you would like to stand for. You can help with a current role, or stand for a new position, if you have a special interest that would support the club.

 

Know someone, that would like to try curling?   People watching the Olympic Curling on TV may like a chance to play. Bring your friends out; Learn to Curl lessons available for four weeks.  Sunday Feb 25, March 4, 11, 18, 4-6pm.  $40 (Fee will be reimbursed with a new membership in the fall.)

 

Thanks to all the teams that have filled our Weekday Open, Granite Homes Open, and Ladies Fun in the Sun Bonspiels. Two spots on the 8:30 draw remain to fill the Pritchard Closing Bonspiel March 24-25. Sign up on the board.

Weekday Open 

Congratulations to the winning team of George Bailey, Randy Grice, Al Gerrie, and Rick Rogers from Elora.

Runner up was Ross Bairstow, Tom Poirier, Wally Piech, and Tim Moore from the Guelph Curling Club.

Granite Homes Open Bonspiel

Congratulations to the 9am draw winning team of Randy Grice, George Bailey, Jason Koch, and Aaron Bailey from Elora.

Runner up was Dave Robinson, Mark Haladyn, Steve Nagel, and Mike Fallis from Elora.

Congratulations to the 10:30 draw winning team of Steve Foster, Dave Kaun, Robert Wright, and Ashley Falconer from KW Granite Curling Club. 

Runner up was the Peter Lavell rink from St. Catherines.

U21 Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship

Congratulations to Grace Holyoke and Charlie Richard (from Woodstock) advancing to the 2018 U21 Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship. Good Luck in Huntsville March 30-April 1, 2018. 

Olympic Mixed Doubles
